Active on Commercial and Not for Profit Boards and building my NED/ Advisory portfolio Global Consumer sector expert, advising many of the world’s largest MNC’s at Accenture and McKinsey, specifically on Growth Strategy, and Business & Digital Transformation, utilising Customer Data to create Insight, and understanding, identifying and capitalising on Technology possibilities• Significant Strategy & M&A advisory work and deal leadership – as Principal - over 15 strategic acquisitions/ divestments of scale-up digital and analytics businesses in Accenture. • Trusted by global Execs and challenger owner/founders alike. Built very significant and profitable commercial relationships for Accenture, enabled significant commercial innovation/profitability improvements in major commercial entities, and not-for-profit (NFP) Boards, generating revenue and raising funds • Deep strategic understanding of the shifting consumer landscape - established and challenger businesses, winning strategies and potential value opportunities as incumbents and challengers restructure, acquire and divest• Now undertaking NED/advisory roles to combine my intellect, commerciality, sense of purpose and bias to action.
