I\'m a Business Process Consultant with over a decade of experience helping healthcare organizations optimize front-end patient access within Epic environments. My work focuses on streamlining authorization workflows, improving registration quality, aligning facility structure, and enhancing scheduling practices — all with the goal of improving patient experience and operational efficiency.Certified in Cadence, Grand Central, Referrals, MyChart, and Welcome, I’ve partnered with a range of leading institutions including Weill Cornell, CHOP, NYPMG, Akron Children\'s, and North Memorial Health. My approach is collaborative and grounded in both technical expertise and real-world implementation experience. Highlights of my work include improving registration quality metrics by over 20%, and coordinating multiple Epic go-lives deemed “non-events.”Outside of healthcare, I\'m an actor, violence choreographer, and producer for both theatre and film — a creative counterpart to my consulting work that keeps me energized and adaptable. Notable stage credits include Israel Hands in Treasure Island, Juror 10 in 12 Angry Jurors, and Mr. Bucket in Willy Wonka with St. Croix Festival Theatre, as well as Sir Bob the Brave at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. On the choreography side, I\'ve designed and directed combat for productions like Newsies, Antigone, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and assisted on The Three Musketeers and Deathtrap.Whether I’m in a healthcare system or a rehearsal hall, I bring the same mindset: clarity, collaboration, and a drive to create meaningful experiences that connect people and improve outcomes.
