With over 18 years of experience, I design and implement educational strategies that support learners and professionals to meet their potential.(In particular, Alternative Provision, Pupil Premium and Pastoral plans)My expertise lies in strategic thinking and collaboration, bringing stakeholders on-board to work towards long term goals.
