This expertise allied to project management of major customer service programmes means that training provided is both current and appropriate to needs.I also hold teaching qualification including Ptlls, A1 assessor and 1886 City and Guilds Conflict management.I can therefore develop training courses and modules to meet the individual needs of businesses. I understand organisations and individual staff from an operators persepective, developing training courses that deliver additional efficiency, better practice,improved customer service and bottom line profit.
