In my role as COO, I oversee the company\'s operational ecosystem-including human resources, project management, marketing, and business development-to ensure clarity, alignment, and sustained growth. Over my five years with the organization, I have strengthened our talent foundation by bringing in exceptional people and creating an environment where turnover has become virtually nonexistent. I\'ve also led a full modernization of our systems and processes, replacing outdated structures with tools and practices that enable our teams to work more efficiently and transparently. These efforts have contributed to a more resilient, scalable operation and supported Conversant\'s near 50% revenue growth during my tenure.
