We have no complex hierarchy and are able to decide whether we can support borrowing requests quickly and with certainty.Whilst we are principal lenders, we will also undertake an appraisal of client circumstances to try and establish if more favourable options may be available. Our director team has also brokered all types of commercial and residential finance since 2007 and has an in depth understanding of the wider market, to consider funding choices that may be more appropriate. If so, we will discuss alternatives and signpost for delivery if required.
