Since 2006, have operated on a project basis, completing assignments globally for leading organisations. Please see ‘Projects’ section for list of example assignments completed over this period (not necessarily in chronological order and not all are listed).Special Projects Europe focuses on the site management of one-off special events, large scale outdoor festivals and musical concerts, while working with industry leading event companies and suppliers from around the world. These events are as diverse as music festivals such as TRNSMT in Scotland, to stadium shows such as the opening concert for the FIFA World Cup in Johannesburg, to National Day spectaculars in Abu Dhabi. Client base is as varied as Aramco in Saudi Arabia, Live Nation Worldwide and Harvey Goldsmith in London.Special Projects Europe provides partial or overall control of an installation and/or event site, including consultation, planning, budget, scheduling, personnel, contractor engagement, documentation, equipment rental, structural decisions, health and safety oversite and stakeholder liaison.
