As a Fund Accounting Officer at Alter Domus, I support the day-to-day operations of investment funds, working closely with fund managers, investors, and third parties. My responsibilities include: • Managing the daily administration of funds, including setup and coordination with external stakeholders. • Preparing Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, year-end financial statements, and assisting in audit processes. • Participating in onboarding and training programs to gain a deep understanding of industry practices. • Supporting fund setups, restructurings, and cross-border transactions, particularly in real estate and private equity. • Reviewing tax returns and maintaining communication with tax authorities. • Collaborating with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely fund reporting.This role allows me to develop specialized knowledge in fund accounting across asset classes such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, and Fund of Funds, while contributing to end-to-end fund lifecycle management.
