I graduated from Messiah University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2001. I entered the pharmaceutical industry shortly after, where I found my passion and quickly progressed from an entry level engineer to a senior engineer responsible for overseeing multiple production areas, leading capital projects for facilities and equipment upgrades, and implementing solutions to increase equipment reliability while reducing risk, deviations, and downtime. I also have experience and a track record of success in project management, equipment validation, change control, troubleshooting, deviation reduction and technical writing.
