   Senior Business Analyst in the field of credentialing, certification, and accreditation, for the Institute for Credentialing Research and Quality Management. Provided mostly quantitative analysis, decision support and technical advising, for multiple credentialing programs, for both individuals and for organizations (mostly hospitals). Examples of analysis included, developing scenarios for moving critical decision cut-points and thresholds, to see what effects and outcomes would occur for the business; developing surveys and testing for validity and reliability (and rater reliability) for customer services (usually customer satisfaction). Developed dashboards (Power BI) to inform tracking of programs\' resource levels. Liaison to a strategic Research Council. Lead Internal Auditor for ISO 9001: organizational certification of excellence in operations.
