Responsible for the Global Business Continuity Programme for Lloyd\'s. I am responsible for ensuring that a robust BC policy is in place and that all locations adhere to it. This includes implementing appropriate business continuity, crisis management and DR arrangements, including BIAs, plans, workplace recovery solutions where applicable and a comprehensive testing/exercising regime. I ensure that there is an appropriate crisis management structure in place, as well as design and run effective crisis management exercises to test preparedness and identify improvements. A member of the Lloyd\'s Cyber Steering Group, I am working with stakeholders to ensure that Lloyd\'s has effective business response plans in place for various cyber events.Outside of Lloyd\'s, I am the Chair of the Insurance Sector Business Continuity Group and Insurance Sector Lead on the Cross-Sector Safety & Communications team and the City of London Resilience Forum.
