I have worked in IT since 1989, beginning as an internal bespoke application specialist and trainer and moving into IBM AS/400 Operations and then onto PC support and networks and gaining the Novell Netware CNE (Certified Novell Engineer) & IBM iSeries System Administrator accreditations. Then Techincal Consulting and Capacity Planning for Coda Financials customers and Technical Support of the Coda release cycle for R&D before moving into Cloud Operations in 2013.
