I lead end-to-end AI deployments in healthcare and life sciences, from model development through clinical validation to production at scale. Currently at Deciphex, I\'m responsible for AI systems processing pathology cases annually across NHS Trusts and clinical diagnostics partners. My work sits at the intersection of ML engineering and real-world clinical impact: building risk triage systems, fine-tuning models for histopathology analysis, and designing deployment architectures that meet the regulatory and operational demands of healthcare environments. Before this, I spent three years at PwC as a Consultant Data Scientist, delivering solutions across healthcare and financial services. That included supporting Ireland\'s Health Service Executive during COVID closures and during a major ransomware incident and managing an equities migration between Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas. I\'m particularly interested in the space where frontier AI models meet complex enterprise and clinical workflows. The kind of work that requires deep technical skill and the ability to operate across engineering, product, and domain stakeholders. Based in New York City.
