It is my great fortune to serve as Executive Vice President of Kootenai Clinic, an integrated, multispecialty group practice of Kootenai Health, headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. We employ 30 different specialties in 40+ locations throughout the Inland Northwest. Our group numbers more than 225 employed providers, and we continue to grow each year. Kootenai Clinic is part of the Kootenai Care Network, a highly innovative clinically integrated network established to transform the delivery of care in our region. Kootenai Health is also a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, celebrating five years of partnership in 2019. Most importantly, this organization is anchored by its culture – a culture of safety, compassion and engagement. Kootenai Health is a three time winner of the Gallup Great Workplace Award.
