John Warden founded Venturist, Inc. to use the unique strategy process he developed while in the Air Force to help companies and executives reach new levels of performance by learning to think and act more strategically. In the years since Venturist’s founding, he has worked with large companies such as McDonald’s and Texas Instruments, mid-sized companies such as Armada and IMS, and several start-ups. He regularly leads the Venturist®Prometheus Strategy Academy, a five-day intensive strategy program for managers and executives and has created an online video course that makes Prometheus Strategy available to people around the world who may not be able to attend the live Academy. In addition to leading Venturist, he makes a number of talks to military and civilian audiences.
