ABOUT JOHN WARD

I am a Hardworking and Knowledgeable consultant who will always go that extra mile to ensure that my candidates and my clients feel like they are getting a first class personalised service from myself and Randstad. I currently service the Distribution, Logistics and Warehousing sectors predominantly for their permanent recruitment needs but also with any temp or fixed term needs they may have. As an International Business and Marketing Graduate from MMU I have always been business focused and understand the need and importance of marketing alongside business. Throughout this degree we also looked heavily at Supply Chains which incorporated logistics and assists with my knowledge and becoming a specialist in my recruited sector. The way I deliver the recruitment needs to clients are with Honesty and a Straight Talking approach to their recruitment as I dont sugar coat it and tell them what is needed to get the job done. Outside of work I am a full time dad to my son and daughter and a loving husband to my wife but still manage to find time for Mountain Hiking, Bar Building and other very \"Dad\" related hobbies.
