   At Pittsburgh Paints (PPC), I provide personalized customer service by greeting clients, answering product related questions, and fulfilling paint and supply orders for a wide range of customers, including contractors from major homebuilders like Fischer Homes and Drees Homes. I assist an average of 25 contractors and retail customers per week with paint selection, mixing, and order fulfillment, while building strong customer relationships that drive repeat business. I independently open and close the store, manage phone and email communications, and process daily deposits, handling both cash and check payments while balancing registers. My responsibilities include managing in weekly inventory, receiving and stocking shipments, restocking shelves, performing cycle counts, maintaining accurate records, and placing orders for out-of-stock items to ensure consistent availability. In addition, I support team efficiency by coordinating daily tasks and ensuring accurate order processing. I take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable sales floor, and I consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals by delivering efficient, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service.
