Led a one-of-a kind Joint staff that uniquely oversees and supports acquisition, research, and development; material development; combat force development; training and real world strategic and tactical operations. Organized, managed, and supervised strategy development; obtained additional resources; built teams; and resolved conflicts to ensure mission success. Established a close collaboration and teaming effort with Missile Defense Agency, Joint Functional Component Command for Integrated Missile Defense, U.S. Strategic Command, the Department of the Army staff and Army Space and Missile Defense Command.
