Walsh Senior Solutions - Downsize, Move Forward assists families of All Ages to efficiently navigate the emotionally and physically overwhelming life stages that many are unprepared for: Decluttering to remain in their home, or Downsizing and Moving to a new independent home, a 55+ Active Adult Community or to a Senior Living Community.We help families through all of New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania by coordinating the entire Downsizing, Decluttering, Packing of the current home, and the Moving, Unpacking and Re-settling for the Senior into their new home. Additionally, we help Seniors remain in their home by helping Declutter the entire home, or \"special problem areas\" on a project basis, such as the garage, attic, basement, closets, bathrooms, kitchen or storage unit.We provide the following Services with the empathy and compassion that Seniors deserve- Creating a floorplan with visual mapping of their prized possessions- Coordinating the sale of the \"excess possessions\", including Estate Sales/Auction/Appraisal, Consignment, Online Selling, Online Auction- Donation for a tax deduction receipt- Shipment to family members- Junk Hauling and Recycling/Dispersal- Safely sorting and packing the items going to the future home- Moving and and coordinating the stressful Moving Day- Unpacking and Re-settling the Mom and Dad safely into their new home with a familiar arrangement of their possessions, including make the bed, setting up the TV & WiFi, hanging artwork, hanging clothes in the closets and setting up the kitchen and bathrooms. Walsh Senior Solutions is trained, insured, and bonded through the The National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM.org), the only association supporting organizations that help home transitions for older adults and families. NASMM is internationally recognized for its innovative programs and expertise on issues related to Senior Move Management, transition and relocation issues affecting older adults.
