Help oversee the design, implementation and delivery of strength and conditioning programming at Austintown Fitch Local Schools. Work closely with strength and conditioning staff and interns to help track all progress (testing/assessments) of our student-athletes during their development from middle school through Graduation. Engage with sport coaches in a collaborative effort to build the most optimal scheduling for every athletes development both in-season and off-season training. Work with administrators on budgets, plans and future developments for continued improvement of programming for our student-athletes.Help in the development and growth of strength and conditioning internship program through partnerships with local universities and colleges. Provide hands on and theoretical strength and conditioning experiences that provide students real world skills to be able to progress into FT coaching roles.Help our staff engage with the community (boosters, events, corporations) to give back for their help and continued support of our program.
