About John Wallace

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a degree in Microbiology and Chemistry, I began my career within the food industry. I worked at Link Snacks, Inc. as a Quality Engineer, R&D technician, and also as a member of the management team. After 3 years with the company, I decided to join the Ruitenberg, USA team as an application technician for the entire North America region. I enjoy working with customers to provide innovative solutions to problems associated with our VegaCasing, co-extrusion, and other alginate technology. After my experience with Ruitenberg, I took on a sales manager position with Kemin Food Techologies, working closely with customers to ensure their ability to manufacture safe, long lasting products using antioxidant and antimicrobial technologies.
