I offer over 30 years of diversified experience in the advancement of enterprise-level operational management and optimization programs. Throughout my career as a leader in the U.S. Special Forces (Green Berets), I have been routinely leveraged as a trusted and consultative business partner, capable of positioning organizations for exponential growth and success in locations across the globe. As the Director of Operations for the 10th Special Forces Group, I oversaw a diverse range of strategic planning, project management, employee training and development, global logistics, and project resourcing initiatives in support of a 500-member organization. Prior to this role, I served as a Program Advisor to the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command where I led the development of a multi-enterprise, cross-functional training program that quickly became known as a benchmark in training excellence. I hold a B.B.A. degree in Business Management and recently obtained my Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Fayetteville State University. I have additionally completed extensive executive-level coursework in organizational leadership, risk management, executive decision-making, and strategic planning through the U.S. Army and the U.S. Special Forces.
