About John W.
My name is John Wang, and I am a Virginia Military Institute alum of the class of 2022. I am very passionate about pursuing a career as an attorney and hope to attend law school following the end of my undergraduate program. As an alumnus of this prestigious military institution established for almost 200 years, traditions and following orders have permanently been deeply embedded into our daily routine. Besides the tight-knitted daily schedule and rules to follow, members of VMI are also expected to partake in rigorous academic and physical training programs to push us to our maximum potential. VMI’s mission regarding training its cadets is all about producing educated, honorable men and women that are prepared for the varied work of civil life, with the passion of learning, along with the confidence and capability of taking up leadership, while possessing a high sense of public service, working as an advocate of the American Democracy and Free Enterprise system. I am confident in demonstrating the values listed above, while constantly striving to improve myself daily and simultaneously producing the best work with the limited time/resources at hand.
