ABOUT JOHN VINNEY

I’m driven by a simple belief: people thrive when they have the space, support, and challenge to think well and lead well. My work focuses on creating those spaces, whether through coaching, facilitation, or leadership development, so individuals and teams can grow with clarity and purpose.My experience spans senior leadership, organisational transformation, coaching, mentoring, and programme design across multiple sectors. This breadth gives me a systemic perspective and the ability to build relationships grounded in trust, honesty, and meaningful challenge. Clients value my blend of strategic insight and grounded presence, and the way I help them see patterns, shift behaviours, and make intentional choices.As an executive coach, I work with leaders navigating transition or seeking greater alignment between who they are and how they lead. I support them to understand what drives their behaviour, explore new possibilities, and shape the next phase of their careers with confidence.My practice is anchored in Clarity, Presence and Insight, strengths that help leaders slow down, think deeply, and engage with themselves and others in more intentional ways. I design and deliver leadership programmes, mentoring frameworks, reflective spaces, and inclusion‑focused development that help people think more clearly, act more purposefully, and create environments where others can thrive.
