Highly experienced, energetic and adaptable Senior Merchandiser & Supply Chain Manager with experience of working for over 25 years in the Buying & Merchandising and Logistics head office function of various high street and pure play retailers, across multiple product categories.Responsible for planning, managing and delivering category commercial plans against budgeted KPI’s including sales, margin and stock control. During this time I have worked closely with numerous brands as well as own brand suppliers developing strategic partnerships. I have travelled across South East Asia and Europe to cement strong working relationships with these suppliers.Through many of my roles I have been involved with various projects working as part of a wider cross functional team. This has allowed me to develop and demonstrate how I am able to easily adapt to working with different people, communicate across the hierarchy while taking the lead and influencing when required.Team management and people engagement is central to the way I operate.
