About John Varghese
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I have 1.2 years of work experience in both online and offline customer facing roles. Post discovering my interests and competencies, I have decided to pursue a career in Human Resources. This is what inspired me to pursue my PGDM from one of South India\'s top Private B Schools specializing in HR. I have successfully completed a 2-month Summer Internship stint from one of the top FMCG firms in the world (Mondelez International) in the field of HR and Business Analytics and got an overview of almost all the major HR fields pertaining to a Manufacturing plant. I have now completed almost 2 years as a Consultant in the People Consulting function at EY India. I have worked with various client across HR fields of Recruitment, Policy Building and Project Management. I am looking out for internal HR roles to further my experience in the HR field and would love to take on HRBP or related roles in the industry.
