My academic research focuses on the impact of financialization on Indigenous economies in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. I concentrate on the interaction between financial structures and Indigenous governance structures. I am passionate about policy and economic/sociological problem solving. I want to use qualitative and quantitative analysis to create ambitious and creative policies that promote social change and maximize the economic potential of minority groups.
