Support the management of strategic and global People & Culture projects for the Community of Expertise of Talent Management and Leadership Development, reaching Arcadians globally. My focus is on Leadership and Talent Management practices as well as, where possible, on standardization, automation and continuous improvement of the key strategic programmes.I manage a number of strategic projects and processes within our COE, with my specific focus on management and development of programmes for leadership capability building and talent management. The specific programmes I support and manage include the Line Management Experience and Manager Capacity work stream, Peer Circles, 360 Feedback and Mentoring.I also have COE wide responsibility for COE MI data and analytics, data management and data privacy and have developed a number of dashboard and Data insight tools to support the COE and our internal Clients and Partners
