Projects range from small business expansion, mixed-use new construction projects to the redevelopment of industrial land.• Oversee the administration of various tax incentives programs to spur investment and redevelopment throughout the city. Tax incentives programs have contributed to over $1 billion in private investment for community and economic development.• Real Estate lead for the development of the 27.5-mile Joe Louis Greenway to ensure all land assembly needs are met for development and construction. • Managing all real estate development needs and contractors for the City of Detroit ranging from title clearing, environmental due diligence, survey, structural and site assessments, and appraisal services.
