About John Toumeh

I am a seasoned Engineer with 10 years of diverse natural gas pipeline experience, who is a highly motivated individual willing to learn and continuously improve my skill set. I have quickly assumed increasing levels of responsibility and workload due to my proven track record of accomplishments and rigor to ensure accurate and timely completion of various interdisciplinary projects. My expertise includes project design and management, interpretation and understanding of applicable regulations found in CFR 49 Parts 191 and 192. I have become a main contact point with all state and federal officials and continuously coordinate all contact and communication with the various state and federal agencies. I have partaken and led various investigations up to and including NTSB investigations related to pipeline accidents. I effectively became our SME and have successfully in-line inspected all piggable Transmission class pipelines in operation at the company. I successfully oversaw and coordinated multiple company-wide Management Audits. I have experience in developing and executing on request for proposals related to asset data implementations and recently gained experience in coordinating and executing on the implementation of probabilistic risk models for transmission and distribution assets. Besides my technical field accomplishments, I pride myself on being able to effectively communicate with all departments and levels of leadership. I work to continuously improve our procedures and processes through self-audits, procedural and plan developments, and field inspections. I have developed several internal programs, and training documents ranging from advisory bulletins, canvasing programs to presentations on a wide array of topics including, project documentation, regulator safety guidelines, and best practices of inline inspection techniques amongst other topics.
