The facility buildings are for the use of administrative offices, training, shipping and receiving, warehousing, truck and equipment maintenance, sheet metal and welding shops. There are branch offices throughout the state of Arkansas in Blytheville, Little Rock, and El Dorado.PersonnelOn average, Hill employs approximately 150 people. This includes three full-time truck mechanics, 3 dispatchers during standard hours, and one dispatcher for weekend and evening hours to provide 24hour – 7day service. The company is supported by a full-time staff of business systems personnel, sales people, in-house certified safety director, and management of each division and department to serve the needs of our customers.
