Do you truly know what your passion is? If so, when did you realize it? Age 22, 35, 40? Are you still discovering it like me? It definitely is narrowing down to basically.honest, thorough, complete, speak and listen communication between two parties. Whether its through a personal or business relationship or even a song, communication is key. In the variety of industries that I have worked, the number one cause for production cost increase, delays and strife between working parties is lack of excellent communication. Knowing what the person with whom you are in agreement expects of you and what you are required to provide due to that agreement is key to finishing that agreement successfully for all parties. As issues arise that may threaten the outcome for either party, and they always do, continued communication must be practiced in order to minimize the ill effects of those issues. That is what I strive to bring to whatever I put my hands to.Somewhere in the middle.that’s where I belong.
