Partner and Chief Development Officer, coordinating strategic partnerships, sales, marketing, and expansion of our private lending origination platform. We fund business purpose loans, across America for acquisition, rehab, refi, rental hold, or portfolio management. We provide business purpose loans on non-owner occupied commercial and residential real estate for fix and flip, rentals, mixed use, and small balance commercial assets. As a direct lender with our own Sky Equity Capital Fund I, we are able to close faster, be more flexible, and use common sense underwriting. This has resulted in strong annual returns for our accredited investors to our fund year after year.
