I have experience in Process and Operations Improvement and Project/Program management, and I have led efforts ranging from increasing throughput of Quaternary Amines while decreasing processing costs for a Chemical manufacturer to organizing and providing stability to Medicare Insurance Operations to improving the Global Mobility process to enable movement of employees affected by the Ukraine/Russia war for a leading international Aerospace and Defense company to Provider Data Management large Healthcare Payer organizations. I like to lean in and solve our client\'s toughest problems.On top of problem solving and program delivery, I have experience support Growth operations, client-facing business development, and developing targeted Growth and Go-To-Market strategies for consulting organizations, focused on Payer and Provider clients. Contextualizing and sharing market insights, making connections between market needs and consulting offerings, and assessing potential professional spend are all activities I enjoy doing on top of my day job. I am a Kelley MBA graduate (\'18) with a focus in corporate strategy, supply chain management, and business analytics. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 2015.I am always striving to be a better version of myself, both inside and outside of work. An avid and unapologetic book nerd, I partner with Open Books here in the Chicago area, and am interested in the idea of ending child illiteracy in the US. In my spare time, I am an avid runner, amateur home chef, and wannabee expert in movies, food, and cocktails.
