Going on my 25th year with Minute Men Staffing I never thought I would become so attached to the industry. Going from the early days when we would open our doors greeted by literally hundreds of job seekers to today, we manage a high-level recruiting plan to attract the right candidates. Not only has our labor force changed, but we have also had to adapt as a company to properly serve the industry. Our early morning dispatchers have become skilled Placement Specialists searching for the right candidates to fill temp- perm positions, but don’t worry we still have the expertise to provide the last-minute casual labor to unload that truck or pick up debris after an event.
