Sole proprietorship business related to various technical director and coaching contracts withminor baseball associations and programs throughout the greater Edmonton area. Overseeprogram, player and coach development for Northeast Zone Baseball (NEZ / Edmonton Padres)and Edmonton Amateur Baseball Association (EABA / Edmonton Angels) which make up the easthalf of Edmonton for minor baseball. As part of this, I created and manage a suite of offseasontechnical programs including Fall Performance Program, High Performance Program, NEZ & EABAGrassroots Winter Camps, Pitching and Catching Clinics and Coaches Clinics as well as theBeaumont Winter Camp. I also manage the Edmonton Padres website and player registrationsfor the offseason programs. Player college baseball recruitment assistance is also provided soathletic and academic compliance requirements are touched on. Contract and supervise a teamof paid coaches and performance providers to fulfill the technical programs delivered.
