I started my career in property in January 1992 as a Lettings Negotiator for Romans who are one of the largest privately owned independent estate agents in the area, offering fantastic careers within the property industry. Romans are a dynamic, diverse and growing company who believe in investing in their people by way of excellent training, rewards and progression.After 18 months of intensive training I became Branch Manager and I have not looked back since.I am now Regional Director of the Lettings Business with 8 offices reporting to me and my role also includes training and development of the staff. I am proud that the majority of my Managers have all worked their way up through the business as I have.During my career with Romans I have been involved in opening a number of branches across our network and involved with numerous acquisitions and the integration into our offices.Selling your Lettings portfolio?If you are thinking about selling your lettings portfolio we would like you to consider speaking to us.
