I joined the American Retirement Association in 2023 as Chief Content Officer, overseeing communications for the organization, as well as its sister organizations. We are a non-profit professional group with two major goals: to educate all retirement plan and benefits professionals and to create a framework of policy that gives every working American the ability to have a comfortable retirement. • Former editor-in-chief, 401(k) Specialist Magazine, 401kSpecialist.com.• Former editor-in-chief of Investment Advisor magazine.• Former retirement editor of ThinkAdvisor.com, its companion website. • All are dedicated to the financial services industry and financial advisors in particular. • I have a heavy interest and expertise in social media and other forms of communication technology. • I also have extensive background in financial services, having previously worked with OppenheimerFunds, ING Security Life and Jackson National Life. • This makes for unique value proposition.
