We also hold equity and limited senior debt in several privately held sports tech and fintech companies.Sullivan previously served as the principal shareholder responsible for the financial performance and business development results of a 30-person professional services architectural firm (S-Corp), as well as managing partner of an owner-occupied office building partnership. His experience includes prior service with a national design firm and leadership of a SaaS construction news startup in an eight-state region, repositioning the business and integrating its operations into a national firm. More Philanthropy and Public Service - Sullivan earned the trust of 5,565 voters (38% of the vote) in midtown, downtown and south Omaha as a 2024 candidate for a seat on the Regional Metropolitan Transit Authority board. In 2022, he served in the inaugural election campaign of Senator Brad von Gillern (NE LD4), chair of the revenue committee. Sullivan is a trustee of St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church and School where he and his wife are marriage mentors. He is a past president of The Rotary Club of Omaha (Downtown) and the Omaha Downtown Rotary Foundation; and holds major donor status with The Rotary International Foundation, funding vaccines to end polio worldwide since 1979.Sullivan lives and works in Midtown Omaha and supports development along the modern streetcar route from the The Riverfront to the Blackstone District (Q3 2028 - streetcar in operation).
