About John Sturm

I have a total of eighteen years of retail and mortgage banking experience. In that time I have hired, managed, and promoted individuals and teams to leadership positions. I am no longer in retail management but focus primarily on the home building and home purchase process. I find very few things more rewarding than walking families through the purchase or construction process and my previous and current clients will tell you just that. Recently, I made the decision to leave the banking field and focus entirely on the real estate side of the home buying and selling process. I feel my extensive experience in the banking industry provides me with the distinct advantage over the typical agent that does not have this background. Navigating the mortgage process can be difficult given the new regulations and the ever changing compliance landscape. I feel that is where I can serve my clients in a way many others are unable. I look forward to serving my former client base as well as new clients who are buying or relocating to the midlands market.
