An entrepreneurial, results-orientated general counsel and lawyer who specialises in advising on general company law, construction and engineering matters and procurement strategy development.John is currently working within the specialist data centre and design sector leading collocation development across Europe.Described as being “a skilled and confident communicator and negotiator”, having “high mental acuity” and is “imbued with good interpersonal skills”.John has more than 20 years’ experience of advising on the procurement of major energy, transport, water and other utilities construction and engineering projects. John is experienced in the full range of standard form construction contracts including JCT, ICE, NEC and GCWORKS forms and is a particular specialist in advising on the full FIDIC suite of contracts.
