I am responsible for the development of an internal intelligence function which supports Gilead\'s Anti-Counterfeit Team (ACT). In this role I have developed Gilead\'s intelligence reporting protocol, and have created a myriad of intelligence products which support civil and criminal cases against entities involved in counterfeiting and illicit trade. Since coming into this role, I have been able to eliminate Gilead\'s reliance on external vendors to provide intelligence, thus creating a cost savings for the ACT.\\\\n\\\\nI am also responsible for assisting in the development of a licensee management program which seeks to foster greater collaboration between Gilead and its licensees regarding diversion and gray market issues.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
