ABOUT JOHN STANDHAVEN

Fun outgoing personality who has a hard working approach to whatever I take on in my personal life or my professional career With over 20 years experience in payroll, processing a variety of pay frequencies from weekly to monthly. I have worked on smaller payrolls with up to 500 employees and payrolls paying plus employees. I have been involved with several payroll\'s that have been experiencing problems and turned them into efficient and workable functions.I have extensive knowledge of most payroll software, especially ResourceLink and Access Payroll which I have helped implement with clients throughout the UK.I have experience in auto-enrolment pension implementation and have worked on large volumes of Payroll and HR implementation projects during my career, giving me great knowledge and experience in this area. I have experience in Project Management and managing clients through testing to go live stages in HR and Payroll implementations.My main career objective is to show payroll is a great value add service to any business, and make the whole payroll experience more interactive and give employees the tools they need to understand their pay and payslip. Payroll is no longer a back office function but a bright and vibrant part of the modern workforce.
