I’m an experienced professional in the UK water market, with nearly two decades of hands on involvement across regulatory compliance, contract management, and business transformation. I’ve had the privilege of working across the sector; from leading strategic operations at a new NAV company to managing wholesale contracts for a major water wholesaler. Right now, I’m a Regulatory Compliance Manager and also serve as the elected Retailer Trading Party Representative on the Market Performance Assurance Committee helping to shape a fair and efficient market for all participants. Outside the office, I’m a rugby league coach for the Warrington Girls, which keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the power of teamwork, resilience, and community. I’m still passionate about contract management and continue to offer consultancy services supporting businesses to navigate the complexities of the water market with confidence.
