ABOUT JOHN SPAWTON
John is a Chartered Planning Manager, experienced in delivering projects within the Water, Infrastructure and Defence sectors for both Tier-1 Contractors and Consultancies. He is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of a High Performing Planning Team for a circa £500m portfolio of the projects in the Thames region and has exposure to a variety of contract types, including NEC3/4 and JCT.John has previously also been involved in the writing and development of a number of successful bids in Bid teams, helping win work valued at over £100m in revenue. John\'s strong experience in Planning and Scheduling Development and Management, Cost and Resource Management, Quality Assurance, Baseline Management and Performance Management and tracking KPIs is complemented by his proficiency in the Primavera P6 software. John is also an excellent collaborator and excels in a team environment, where his communication skills, both written and verbal, allow him to effectively articulate complex ideas to team members and stakeholders alike. He is a numerate and logical and able to create strict plans, workflows and procedures to achieve project and programme success.
