It’s incredibly rewarding to help shape our go-to-market strategy and contribute to MED-EL’s emergence as the fastest-growing cochlear implant provider in the U.S. I’m constantly inspired by the passion and dedication of our team and remain committed to attracting exceptional talent to build a culture that reflects the life-changing impact of our work. I began my executive career at Spar Medical, where I built and led a team of 40 and became a sought-after distributor of emerging orthopedic technologies. I later served as President of Oticon Medical North America, where I led the launch of the first FDA-approved cochlear implant in over 20 years and scaled a go-to-market team to support its introduction in the U.S. When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family at our home in Raleigh, NC, being active and listening to music.
