With over 30 years in education, with 16+ years in public schools, and more than two decades in administration and leadership, I have developed a strong foundation of leading with mission, instructional excellence, strategic development, and school improvement. I currently serve as Associate Superintendent in Wisconsin’s second-largest school district, supporting nearly students across approximately 100 schools. In this role, I build principal capacity, implement academic programs, mentor leadership teams, oversee accountability protocols, and lead successful school turnaround efforts. I am in school buildings every week working with principals and their staff on faith, culture, curriculum, and student learning.Catholic schools transform our local and global communities into centers of faith, hope and charity by providing quality Catholic education to all people. Schools in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee are committed to educational excellence, student diversity and the fostering of a Catholic culture of faith, service and personal responsibility.
