Plane and execute projects to reduce waste from within the process though detailed analysis of the process. Driving continuous improvement in all areas including but not limited to 5s, productivity and waste. Audited to the current standard and challenged each part of the process to ensure a higher standard was being achieved. Creating training / personal development plans for the teams using the skill matrix to ensure cross training and flexibility is achieved across all 3 departments. • Introduced standard 5s practices that increase the 5s standards of the areas from 1.2/5 – 4.3/5 - 72% increase though continues and structured auditing, also providing guidance when required.• Created and embedded new planning tools with defined capacities.• Increased adherence to schedule from 17% to 93%, though monitoring and ensuring the plan is followed.• Secured more the 900k in investment though detailed capex documents / justifications.
