This included a contracts and agreements infrastructure. Executed 3rd Party Audits (ISO13486:2016) Introduced a stock control solution that included full end to end traceability from supplier through sub-contract and manufacturing operations. Implemented Amici purchase to pay module, on track to deliver significant price and efficiency savings. Part of the ERP software selection team.
