   Co-founder/CTO of WaterCube, LLC strongly purposed to equip, enable, and support water-resource professionals to improve the environment around us. I do this by applying my long-term, dedicated skills and experience in hydrology, environmental monitoring, systems integration, acoustic instrument design, and business development to provide clients the most affordable and robust solutions possible in significantly shorter timeframes. Presently, my vision and effort at WaterCube is to strategically advance, innovate, and improve the utilization of innovative hydrologic data collection techniques, develop advanced rapid spatial data processing for rivers, lakes, and coastal estuaries, and provide easier access to these data sets using a variety of multi-dimensional spatial visualization techniques. Previous to WaterCube I served as the principal hydrologist at SonTek/YSI, Inc. for 14 years providing expertise in the use of ADCPs for discharge and water-current mapping in lakes, rivers, and estuaries. I have helped and trained customers collecting river/lake/estuary data in 24 countries and currently hold 3 US co-patents as part of my work in the development of the SonTek M9/S5 ADCPs. I started my career in water-resources as a surface-water hydrologist for the USGS in Florida where I actively worked with other early adopters to develop methods and techniques using leading edge hydro-acoustic technology for coastal stream flow measurements. I received a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 1989 and 1991, respectively.
